SOLD OUT Grown in the Mexican State of Chiapas in the southern edge of Mexico, close to the Guatemalan border. This coffee is bright, sweet, and has some resemblance to the Huehuetenango coffees of Guatemala. This lot comes from the area affected by the hurricane last year. We actually paid a lot more than Fair Trade to help the farmers that were directly affected with the hurricane. Assessment: A Mild-Medium character, bright, chocolaty with citrus aroma and fruity flavor. It has a long chocolaty aftertaste.
