The arabica coffee plant went to Indonesia from India in 1696. This coffee is "Government Estate" Java, and they come from 4 old farms (Kayumas, Blawan, Djampit, Pancoer) that date back to Dutch colonialism. At this moment we are offering the Kayumas Estate.

Java is very unique yhis coffee is most often is wet-processed, resulting in a relatively clean cup, without earthy or dirty flavors found in some lower-grade wet-hulled Indonesia coffees.

Look for the huge body, lot's of sweetness and the very slight mustiness of age.

We cup our coffee beans before we buy them, to bring you the best quality in gourmet coffee.
